That's Twiggy.
He's a boy, between 11-13 years old, and scarely smart. He's a potencial vilain who, in the end, becomes an ally. Heheh. He can use dark magic, and has a nameless wolf as an EVIL pet.

This is very well drawn. I love the use of dot tones to shade his shadow. that's like... just so stylistically cool!
